Returns & Refunds
Contact us before shipping your returnable items, and we will guide you through the process.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The shipping cost associated with the return is at buyers own expense.
Right to return
All sales within the EU are eligible for a 14-day return and refund period.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the intact original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the return has been approved.
When the return is processed, we will process the refund.
Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please notice it might take several days before the credit is visible on your bank account.
If you haven’t received your refund within 7-days, please contact us.
If we have processed the refund, we will suggest you contact your bank or credit card company.
We only refund or replace items when the 14-day return period has passed, if they are defective or damaged.
Due to the nature of the natural rubber compound, the product will, depending on use, have a limited lifespan.
Therefore, products that experience failure or defect after extensive use and time will not be subject to replacement.
Buying or selling natural rubber products second hand is not recommended. Instead, dispose responsibly of your product when your baby no longer uses it or when it is worn out.

Whenever shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Otherwise, we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
